St John Bread and Wine

Now a bustling bakery, dining room and offering a number of delicious wines St John Bread and Wine provides a menu that changes daily.
In 1993 Furgus and wife Margot, alongside friend Jon Spiteri created The French House in Soho, which with the help of Trevor, owner of The Fire Station in Waterloo established St John Smithfield in 1993. After spending numerous years building a customer base and sourcing wines from France, the bakery outgrew itself and in 2003 St John Bread and Wine was built opposite Spitalfields Market.
